Returns
Our orders are shipped from our studio in Nehru Enclave, New Delhi.
As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation notification on WhatsApp and on email Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days of order placement. International shipping time may vary based on your location.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all pre-paid domestic orders. A COD charge of INR 150 would be added for cash on delivery orders within India.Once your order is shipped please allow us 3-5 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide based on weight and on destination city/country. Currently, shipping is not calculated automatically on our website Once you have placed your order we will reach out to you and let you know shipping costs to your country. You will need to make this payment to us before we ship your order. We request you to bear with us while we are working on integrating international shipping into our website to make it a seamless shopping experience for you.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at Vasstram.orders@gmail.com. We will not be able to cancel the order or refund the amount if you inform us later than 24 hours. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
Return or Exchange
We hope you love everything that you order from us because we make every product with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, damaged in transit please drop us a line within 24 hours of receiving the garment. We do not give refunds but are happy to provide a one time size exchange in the same style. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by customer.
Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as VASSTRAM holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged.
Please note that no exchange will be possible on items bought on SALE or on any other offer.
Items bought on full price cannot be exchanged for a SALE item.
Made to Order
For any special requests and for sizes larger than our standard size chart (sizes XS-XL ) a nominal charge of INR 500 will be payable per piece.Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any customised or made to order item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed .We will process a customised order only once the full payment has been made in advance.
