Returns
All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi.
As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites.
Orders are shipped within 7-10 working days of order placement. International shipping time may vary based on your location.
Shipping within India
We offer free shipping on all products. Once your order is shipped please allow us 3-5 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide at a flat rate that is calculated based on weight of the order.
0 - 0.5 kilos -- USD $18
0.6 - 1.5 kilos -- USD $22
1.6 - 4 kilos --- USD $32
4.1 - 7.5 kilos -- USD $72
> 7.5 kilos ---- FREE
You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at vasstram.orders@gmail.com. The payment will be returned in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.
Return or Exchange
Please note that no exchange is offered on SALE items or customised orders.
We hope you love everything that you order from us because we make every product with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
If upon receipt of your order you find anything unsatisfactory, damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be happy to provide an exchange of the same amount or higher value. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by customer.
Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as VASSTRAM holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. We accept exchange within 7 days of purchase. No money is refunded only exchange is possible. Kindly inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in case you wish to exchange it.
Made to Order
Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel or return an order for any customised or made to order item unless the product is faulty or not as discussed.
